»I like this concept but think that the hours of operation should be extended until, at least, 12am. I like how concept D went out to the suburban areas of Wichita such as - Derby, Haysville, Maize, Goddard, etc. and the operating hours were moved to 11pm , but I like the in-city route route better on this one.

»I understand this map to be a warning rather than a serious proposal. I believe the situation could well be significantly worse than shown, because fuel prices are likely to continue increasing for several years at least.

»Does service to Andover and Augusta presume funding from a Butler County source?

»Transfer stations are crucial to the proper functioning of a grid system. I do not see them marked on this map, however. Particularly if we are going to offer evening and night service, we would want to specify locations where the buses involved in the transfer are guaranteed to wait for one another.

»Keep the existing routes but extend service times and have buses run every
30 min instead of every hour

»The routes looks like spaghetti thrown at a map. What are elderly, low income, and people with disabilities supposed to do for transportation evenings or weekends? The purpose of government is to provide essential services that individuals can't otherwise obtain. Transportation is an essential service.

»Increasing services is the only thing that will increase ridership. This is a step in the right direction.

»The thing that really bothers me about this idea is that we give millions of our tax dollars to companies who don't deliver on their promises, or just outright stab us in the back, and then we cut the critical services that the working folks need to just stay afloat. PLEASE DON'T CHOOSE OPTION C!

»I would say this one puts lipstick on a very ugly pig. No hub and spoke. BRT is the system we should use.

»Option C is probably the worst idea. I definitely would say no.
